Limedrop is an Australian fashion label that captures the imagination and spirit of possibilities. 

The brand offers contemporary womenswear fashion, soft lingerie and jewellery known for its use of bold colours and exclusive prints peppered with a sense of playful irreverence. 

The Melbourne label has established themselves as one of Australia's leading fashion brands. They delivers classic with a twist silhouettes infused with fun.  Their signature designs empower customers to feel confident and chic.

Designer, Clea Garrick launched Limedrop in 2006 when she moved to Melbourne upon completing Bachelor of Fashion Design at the Queensland University of Technology. Based on the concept of travel the label captures the essence of freedom, discovery, independence and modernity of Australian fashion.

Synonymous for her use of bold silhouettes, electric digital prints and distinctive tailoring, Limedrop has now diversified into a complementary range of luxurious undergarments under the label Elle De, sustainably grown rosewood & cherrywood jewellery and eye catching accessories; including their floral headpieces and rainbow funglasses!

Limedrop has opened and operated six temporary concept stores

All of the temporary concepts stores have been designed around the current collections and offering a fashion destination for shoppers and fans alike. Notably, the Summer 09/10 GPO store was visited by the German Vogue Fashion Features Editor who named Limedrop as one of her four top labels in Australia.

Limedrop opened their first flagship store in the iconic Nicholas Building on Flinders Lane in June 2014.

The brand has showcased locally and Internationally.

The labels collections have been showcased across various local industry platforms, including Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week (2011), L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Week (2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014), Melbourne Spring Fashion Week (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014) and numerous other runways. Limedrop collections have also been showcased internationally at Australian Fashion Excellence Showcase in London and Beijing 2012, The Women in International Business Fashion Showcase in Dubai 2013 and at The Victorian International Business Women's Fashion Showcase in Istanbul and Dubai 2014 .

Limedrop has received many accolades and extensive press.

The brand was named as one of the top 5 labels to watch for 2011 by the Australian Fashion Guide. The article read ‘Limedrop utilises a fresh creative energy to fuel its designs… There will be lots more to come from this very individual label.’ Other stand out press includes recent television interview with Video Hits, five-page spread in Desktop design magazine exploring the label’s print design, profile in Helmet Magazine, six-page spread in Spaces Magazine, multiple articles in frankie Magazine and appearances in Vogue, Yen, Oyster, Grazia and Shop till you drop.

In 2010, Limedrop won the Chambord Shine awards with their modern spring races dress. Grant Pearce, one of the judges of the competition and the director of the L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival (LMFF) described the design as ‘innovative’. The design was worn by filmmaker, Grace Otto, at Melbourne Oaks Day Races and featured in a two-page spread in Marie Claire Magazine. The label also achieved a top 10 positions in the QANTAS Spirit Of Youth Awards.

Limedrop have also been part of the Melbourne Fashion Festival cultural program through Penthouse Mouse pop-up shop and event space for the six years, winners in the Spirit of the Black Dress sustainability competition and participation in many projects such as Seasonal Delights- food meets fashion and Patternation print exhibition. The label has strong ties with Melbourne Spring Fashion Week (MSFW) installing a visual merchandised window in the sponsorship partner, Westpac window on the corner of Bourke and Swanston Streets during the festival and created the gift bags for all of the 2011 MSFW shows (15,000 bags). As well as participating in the Channel 7 MSFW Designer Showcase that profiled the label on a national television campaign.

Limedrop was also chosen for the Fashion Futures Global Mentoring Program in 2012 for a mentoring program from Judy Coomber, current general manager for Peter Alexander and former merchandise general manager for Myer.

Limedrop is gaining celebrity fans including American songstress: Lana Del Rey, who wore Limedrop on her recent tour to Australia, Gold medalist figure skater: Johnny Weir, Grammy award winning singer: Kimbra, Australian Idol star: Guy Sebastian, T.V Presentor: Carrie Bickmore, Video Hits Presentor: Faustina Agolley, MTV Presentor: Ruby Rose, Musicians: Architecture in Helsinki & Miami Horror and in Channel Seven’s Winners and Losers TV series.
