Policy at a Glance:
Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale items.

Shop credit and size swap exchanges are available for full price items, not refunds. Exchanges are also only permitted within 7 days on full priced items at the buyer’s postage expense. (See full details of procedure below)

All return items must be in new and unworn condition with swing tags still attached. Any items considered to be “used” will be returned back to you and cannot be considered for replacement/repair/refund. 

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Limedrop Online will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. 

Please check our sizing and tips to assist you in ordering the correct size. If you are unsure of your size and need further assistance, contact us at shop@limedrop.com.au.

Our Exchange/ Return Procedure:

Please email info@limedrop.com.au for a Return Authorisation Number and explain the reason for exchange or return. Return item/s must then be delivered within 7 days of notification email to Limedrop P.O. Box 349, Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia 3065. 

The package must 
Be clearly marked with the Return Authorisation Number (as no items will be accepted without this code),
Be in new and unworn condition with swing tags still attached,
Include the original order confirmation (that was enclosed with your package), and
Enclose a prepaid post bag, for the return of your item/s (we recommend Express Post satchels as they can be tracked, as Limedrop is not liable for any items lost in transit).

International exchange or returns must be labelled with RETURN OF GOODS on the outside of package. Please contact us for a quote for return shipping - this amount will be invoiced to you for payment before we send exchange item/s. 
We will endeavour to replace or repair your item/s as soon as possible, please allow for up to 10 working days within Australia.
